Project description: The project is to carry out repair and refurbishment works to create community hub space within the Grade II* listed Leeds Central Library building as described in the tender documentation. Scope of works: Fire Stopping works as outlined within the tender documents: specifications & drawings. NOTE: Amended specification: • It has been queried whether the fire stopping batts specified can be installed within the space constraints of the existing rainwater fall pipe enclosures? The client has advised (amended) that the ridged fire batts sp0ecified can be replaced with a flexible fire quilt/wrap/collar for ease of installation subject to them achieving the same fire resistance rated requested/specified
