EM 03/24 ESG Software Solution Implementation and Support Services

Tender description

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a Services contract for the provision of an ESG software solution for Sustainability data management, collation, and reporting (including auditing) across the organisation, for statutory and non-statutory ESG/Sustainability reporting (including CSRD). Specifically, the Contracting Entity requires the Service provider to engage with the Contracting Entity in assessing the detailed functional and non-functional requirements, defining the roll-out plan and timeline and agreed costs. The Service provider will need to ensure the appropriate resources are allocated to the Project, and will deploy, configure, customize if needed, and integrate the application in alignment with IT infrastructure and security, financial accounting packages, data architecture and other relevant factors within the agreed timelines. The Service provider will also provide training on the application, as well as IT support and maintenance. Please refer to Appendix 1 Specification for more details.
