The Education Authority (EA) invites tenders for a Provision of an Education Case Management System (ECMS) for: • School Admissions service, • School Governor support service, • Grants and Benefits service (Free school Meals and Clothing Allowance), • Special Educational Needs (SEN) service, • Transport service, • Educational Psychology service, • Education Welfare service, and • Pupil Support Services, namely: Intercultural Education Service (IES), Literacy Service, Child Protection, Downs Syndrome Service, Early Years Inclusion Service, Autism Advisory Intervention Service, Language and Communications, Moderate Learning Difficulties Service, Primary and Post Primary Behaviour Support, EOTAS, Student Wellbeing – Exceptional Teaching Arrangements, SEN Inclusion Service – Medical, Sensory Service Looked After Children (Primary Aged). The administrating service for this tender, on behalf of the EA, will be the EdIS Delivery Service. EA’s intention is to award the contract to one supplier for a five-year period. EA spend is subject to demand and funding availability.
