Early Learning and Childcare Flexible Framework Agreement

Applications are being sought for the Provision of Early Learning and Childcare 1140 Hours Funded Providers. Lot 1: Private, Voluntary and Independent Settings The Flexible Framework is a two-stage procedure. In the initial setup stage, all service providers who meet the Selection Criteria and who are not excluded are admitted to the Flexible Framework. There is no limit on the number of suppliers that may join the Framework. Procurement of social and other specific services in accordance with Section 7 (Regulations 74-76) Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
