Counselling for Perpetrators of Domestic Abuse

Tender description

This is the only supplier who can deliver this aspect of the project as they are currently delivering Mental Health Counselling and Therapy for adults and child victims of domestic abuse through the Mental Health Promotions Contract. Contract will be funded through grant funding received from the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for the Home Office Perpetrator Fund which we (joint project team between Public Health and DVAP) were succesfull in a bid to deliver perpetrator interventions in the East Riding. Mental Health support is a fundamental part of the bid and to deliver this we need to commission the same organisation as currently delivering the child and adult therapy as this indicates a whole family approach to addressing domestic abuse which is part of the award conditions for the grant
