Tender description

Perth & Kinross Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Architect Led, Multi-disciplinary design team. The team is to provide professional services as detailed in the Scotland Excel Scope of Works Document and as per the Employers Requirements The contract is to refurbish St Catherines Square in Perth. The Architect will be required to lead the design team and oversee the project to completion and handover until all snagging works are complete and the Making Good Defects certificate is issued, and all final accounts settled. The successful contractor will report directly to the PKC Project Manager. The contract is expected to start in April 2024 and endure until June 2027.
