Tender description
The council has appointed a consultant to manage all elements of LTP5, IIA and QCR development over a maxima project period of 18 months. The appointed consultant will lead and manage all technical work associated with developing the LTP5, IIA and QCR. In doing so they will produce a document (and suite of technical assessment documents associated with the IIA and QCR) that will become adopted council policy.
