Tender description
Specialist mental health care and support (for people aged 17.5 - 28) promoting a pathway to future independent living, greater social inclusion, through location of people within a community. The service offers a safe environment with the support of on-site staff through-out the day and the security of overnight staff. The care and support are based on individual need which may include the use of assistive technology where appropriate.
