Surrey County Council (The Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for Family Centres and Family Resilience Services. The Council intends to procure contracts for the delivery of Family Centres and Family Resilience services for children, young people and families in Surrey from 01 April 2024. This will involve the creation of 11 new contracts to cover each of Surrey's 11 District and Boroughs (D&Bs) geographical areas. High-quality Family Centres and Family Resilience services make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and their families in Surrey. They provide children, young people and families to opportunity to build resilience, improve outcomes, prevent inequalities and prevent the need of more intensive and costly interventions. They also support positive outcomes for whole families. The scope for the recommissioned services will be: Children and young people 0-18 years or up to 25 years for those with additional needs who require lower-level support and or have complex needs that do not meet statutory thresholds for interventions.
