Tender description

Regenda Limited is looking to appoint a number of suppliers to deliver services in the field of Mechanical and Electronic Security, consisting of comprehensive repairs, maintenance, and servicing, including out of hours repairs to properties owned or managed by Regenda Homes and Redwing. This tender is divided into four lots, each independent of the others. Bidders are allowed to bid for one or all lots. Lot 1. Door Entry System Maintenance Lot 2. Telecare System Maintenance Lot 3. CCTV Installation and Maintenance Lot 4. Automatic Doors, Gates, Barriers and Roller Shutters Servicing and Maintenance Lot 1: Lot 1. Door Entry System Maintenance Responsive maintenance service including call out and day to day repairs based on pre agreed schedule of rates, and an asset register of stock, including age and condition. Lot 2: Lot 2. Telecare System Maintenance - Responsive maintenance service including call out and day to day repairs based on pre agreed schedule of rates and an asset register of stock, including age and condition. Lot 3: Lot 3. CCTV Installation and Maintenance Installation and responsive maintenance service including call out and day to day repairs based on pre agreed schedule of rates and an asset register of stock, including age and condition. Lot 4: Lot 4. Automatic Doors, Gates, Barriers and Roller Shutters Servicing and Maintenance Annual or bi-annual servicing and responsive maintenance service, including call out and day to day repairs based on pre agreed schedule of rates and an asset register of stock, including age and condition.
