Tender description

Development of a management consultancy framework with multiple suppliers to meet specific needs and requirements of Safer, Greener Buildings (though to be available for use across DLUHC). It is envisaged this will be a multi lot framework with the ability to call-off via Direct Award and Mini-Competition Lot 1: This is the creation of a framework which is being designed to specifically meet the requirements of Safer, Greener Buildings (SGB) (and wider DLUHC if required) to support a variety of activities that are integral to the deliverables which fall under the remit of SGB. This is not a call for competition, but an opportunity to participate in early market engagement to fully shape the design of the framework including the proposed lot strategy, cost profiles and methods of ongoing appointment.
