Omnibus survey for polling employees and employers

The final date and time for the submission of bids is Thursday, 25th April 2024 - 11.00. All tender information MUST be submitted via bids@acas.org.uk . Brief Description of Requirement Acas wishes to procure an Omnibus survey for polling employees and employers for the purposes of: a) Assessing the awareness of Acas b) Assessing the awareness of Acas services c) Assessing the prevalence of certain workplace relations issues affecting employees and/or employers The survey would run quarterly with some core questions and some questions that would switch out/in depending on requirements, topical issues and/or policy requirements. This will be a 3 year contract that is subject to yearly budget approval prior to agreement of any annual extension option. All potential supplier interested in participation must email bids@acas.org.uk to request the tender documentation. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ / RFP document. All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for procurement values that exceed Regulation 5 (Threshold amounts) Responses must be received by the date in the tender documentation; responses received outside of the deadline or not sent via bids@acas.org.uk will not be accepted or considered further for this opportunity. All communication between the contracting authority and potential suppliers will be via bids@acas.org.uk. The contracting authority expressly reserves the right: i. not to award any contract as a result of the procurement process commenced by publication of this notice; and ii. to make whatever changes it may see fit to the content and structure of the procurement; and in no circumstances will the contracting authority be liable for any costs incurred by any supplier.
