Managed Laundry Services within Student Accommodation Sites. The University is seeking to establish a contract with a supplier to provide a fully managed laundry service within specified student accommodation premises at our Coleraine and Derry/Londonderry campuses through a vend share agreement. The Contractor shall supply and install suitable washing and drying equipment, undertake regular preventative maintenance at agreed intervals and emergency repairs as and when required to the agreed service levels. The managed service also includes associated refurbishment of the laundrette areas. The Contractor shall provide the services through a vend share agreement of which the University will receive an agreed percentage of the revenues generated from end-users of the machines in the form of commission from the Contractor.
