Cork City Council seeks tenders for the supply, installation, and maintenance of 2 automatic public toilets on a lease agreement. 2 different options (as noted in the tender documents) are available to the contractor and a price for the supply and maintenance of either or both can be made by the tenderer. A fully serviced concrete base for the toilets will be provided by Cork City Council. The successful tenderer will be required to maintain and clean the public toilets for the duration of the contract (3years with option to be extended by 1 years), including faulty parts.
