Combined Access Tracks Construction Works

Tender description

The Council is seeking to purchase Norfolk County Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide construction services from RIBA stage 4 to RIBA Stage 6 for the works to farm access tracks across 4 sites surrounding Downham Market. The works are the refurbishment / replacement of access tracks across the 4 sites. Please refer to the extents plans and schedules of works for further information. Throughout the duration of the works, all farms are to remain live with access maintained. The principal contractor must submit proposals and programme(s) demonstrating their strategy for completing the works in line with the employer's requirements. Full details of the requirement can be found in the Service Specification, which forms a Schedule to the Terms and Conditions.
