The contracting authority - ATU Sligo Campus proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single-operator framework agreement for comprehensive mechanical and plumbing maintenance services (Term Maintenance Contracts) encompassing Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, Minor Works, Minor Upgrades and Repairs, as well as Emergency Call-Out Services.. Locations Covered: (i) ATU Sligo, Ash Lane, Sligo F91 YW50 (II) ATU St Angelas, Clogherevagh, Co. Sligo, F91 C634 A framework agreement constitutes a means of establishing overall terms and conditions in accordance with which, for a specified duration, individual contracts may or not be awarded.
