All management of and refuelling requirements for plant and equipment are to be included in the prices provided, all security measures for protecting and preventing theft during these works are to be covered in the quotation. Options to reduce carbon emissions are to be identified and reflected in the pricing documents. Assumptions and risk of poor ground conditions and remediation works are to be allowed for and quantified in the price submission to enable to main contractor to assess. Review to be taken from the factual ground investigation report provided by the main contractor
