Walter Preston Court Plant Room - Works Required\r The replacing and upgrading of the system at Walter Preston Court to make it more energy efficient, this will cover all aspects including, heat generation, controls and heat distribution.\r \r Walter Preston Court is part of the Council's sheltered housing scheme, it has 34 units made up of 1 and 2 bed apartments. The scheme is understood to have been built in 1990 and the heating boilers are original.\r \r The objective is to improve the energy performance and condition of the heating and hot water services. \r
