External Financial Audit for the CSSF Ukraine Project

1This RFP is issued under the Support to Civil Society Organizations (SCSO) programme for Ukraine, funded by the UK Government's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office's (FCDO) Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF). The programme aims to improve the capacity, capabilities and resilience of Ukrainian Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) through a flexible, adaptable and scalable fund that provides capacity building, training, support, technical and financial assistance. The SCSO programme is implemented by a consortium led by Crown Agents Limited and including International Alert . The CSCO programme wishes to engage suitably qualified auditors to undertake an external review of the financial records of the CSSF funded programme for the financial year 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2024, in accordance with either UK or national auditing standards (ISA 800 or equivalent). All required documents, records and accounts will be provided electronically and no travel to Ukraine or other locations will be required. Crown Agents now invites bids from suitably qualified Bidders to be engaged as Subcontractors to undertake an external financial audit of the SCSO programme. The audit is scheduled to commence by the end of April 2024 for a period of 20 working days. All final reports should be finished by the end of May 2024. This is an open competition under which bids are invited from any suitably qualified organisation. When requesting the RFP, please state CSSF Financial Audit in the subject line of your email. The deadline for submission of bids is 13:00 AM (BST - UK summer time) on Thursday 18th April 2024. Bids must be submitted electronically in accordance with instructions contained in the RFP. Late bids will be rejected. The evaluation will identify the Bidder offering the lowest priced bid which meets the technical requirements of the RFP.
