Consultancy Service for Strategic Analysis to Identify Organisational Cost Savings

The Council wishes to develop an approach and a set of clear strategic ambitions to address the challenges it faces, moving towards a model that enables it to achieve its ambitions whilst driving efficiencies and ensuring that resources are optimally aligned and utilised. To support this, the Council is seeking an experienced Supplier to co-design a set of strategic ambitions to inform future strategic design. This work will inform the optimum approach to enable the Council to work seamlessly with partners from the public and private sectors, for the benefit of its communities. Alongside this, there is a need to understand what in-year and future savings opportunities can be realised.
