Commission of a Heritage Consultant

Tender description

Wychavon District Council is looking to commission a Heritage Consultant to facilitate the delivery of a community-led Street Art Programme in Droitwich Spa. The programme will include two full scale wall designs at two different grade II listed Sites, both within the Droitwich Spa Conservation Area. One design will be on a panel(/s) installed onto the wall. It is anticipated the other design will be installed directly onto render, but this is subject to requirements outlined by the Heritage Consultant. The Heritage Consultant will be commissioned to facilitate the delivery of the work at both Sites. There is a fixed Fee of £5,000 for each Site. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents.
