Shetland Islands Council wishes to secure a contract for consultancy services for:• Preparation of an Inter-island Transport Connectivity Network Strategy Strategic Business Case, Outline Business Case and Implementation Route Map for presentation and approval by the Council, together with requisite impact assessments as required at these stages• Stakeholder engagement• Project management supportThese services are required to enable the Council to make decisions on the Preferred Way Forward and Preferred Options for each of the eight inter-island transport routes.
