Top and bottom print and apply label applicator(thermal Direct only) Minimum 30 packs per minute and up to 65 packs needed - packs are hand fed currently with connection needed in the future to metal detector Application needed to multiple shapes(Wedge/block and wheel) Outer case labelling needed also for box items and pallet totals 6kg max capacity scale Weight capturing essential with reporting needed for T1s and T2s calculations etc for auditing and production purposes Orientation right to left Power usage to be as minimal as possible Internal air preferred as no air available onsite Intuitive/predictive maintenance software for minimal down time due to parts/issues Industry 4.0 preferred Automatic guides and printer alignment which saves time between production runs Remote connection on machine for online support Tool-less maintenance and belts releasing for ease of cleaning and service Long wearing parts so throw away consumables are not being used regularly Compact as possible design as space is at a premium
