Tender description
Provision of a contract arrangement for a Provider to deliver learning, in Central London, in retail, hospitality, customer service, business administration and construction. The programmes to be delivered are short employability programmes and sector based work academy programmes (SWAPS) that work closely with employers, allow learners to gain vital qualifications and ultimately get learners into work at the end of the programme. Please refer to project prj_WCC_23182 in www. capitalEsourcing.com Lot 1: Westminster Adult Education Service (WAES) is a department of Westminster City Council and responsible for delivery education and training locally, regionally and nationally. It is grant funded by the Greater London Authority (GLA) and the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). The Tender seeks to secure a suitably placed provided to deliver education and training on behalf for our GLA contract in our Employability Provision achieving high outcomes for learners and strong positive destinations. The provider is required to deliver a range of face to face employability Sector Based Work Academy Programmes (SWAP’S) in Construction, Hospitality, Retail, Customer Service and Business Administration and will provide teaching and qualifications that will be awarded and certified by awarding organisations.
