Provision of a contract arrangement for a Provider to deliver learning, in Central London, in retail, hospitality, customer service, business administration and construction. The programmes to be delivered are short employability programmes and sector based work academy programmes (SWAPS) that work closely with employers, allow learners to gain vital qualifications and ultimately get learners into work at the end of the programme.
