Leeds Building Services (LBS) have a requirement for a subcontractor to perform refurbishments and external works at Temple Newsam Golf Club. Site Address: Temple Newsam Golf Club Temple Newsam Road Halton Leeds, LS15 0LN Project Description: Part Refurbishment Golf Club to form Café: • Supply and fit partition wall to forming store. • Repairs to ceilings • Supply and fit new lighting • Supply and fit Power and data to suit • Supply and fit new toilet facilities • Paint and Decorate • New flooring External Works to form a terrace: • Excavate Foundation Trenches • Reduce levels. • Build Brick and concrete walls. • Fill to levels. • Form Ramps to Part M of the building Regs • Lay flags to form terrace. • S/F fit Handrails to terrace and ramps. • Remove metal escape and fencing. Project Programme/Key Dates: • Commencement of Works on Site: June 2024 • Completion Date: To be agreed. NOTE: As part of tender submissions contractors are to: •Confirm a preferred location for their site compound, skips & welfare facilities and indicated area size required. •Issue and outline of their proposed programme dates for commencement & completion of External works and Internal refurbishment works and overall project duration.
