Tender description

The Government recently announced a review of transport infrastructure legislation with a view to ensuring that it supports proportionate processes for consenting road and rail schemes and is up to date and ready to meet the demands of modern infrastructure delivery. The Department for Transport (DfT) will be seeking to appoint a team of advisers to provide advice on the review of transport infrastructure legislation, being the Highways Act 1980 (HA80) and the Transport and Works Act 1992 (TWA).
