Tender description

The construction of ‘St. Patricks Park’ Rathangan comprising the following: 7 new residential houses, demolition of 15 no. existing houses, refurbishment of 23 existing houses including works to construct new footpaths, parking and all associated site development and landscaping works. Suitably qualified contractors are invited to submit tenders. The Suitability Assessment Questionnaire response forms an important part of the tender and must also be submitted with the tender. The priced bills of quantities should be submitted in soft copy format such as excel or Cubit. Tender responses must be provided in a zip folder.
