Tender description

Energy Code Governance Reform is one of Ofgem's top 20 projects. Following Royal Assent of the Energy Act in 2023 and the publication of Ofgem's first implementation consultation on 30 January 2024, the Ofgem team is moving into the detailed design phase of the project (2024/25) and then into the multi-year implementation and transition phase that will follow (2025/29). Ofgem requires requires expert programme planning and delivery advice, plus commercial expertise, to ensure that Ofgem has a credible plan to deliver this significant institutional reform.
