Tender description

The Irish Defence Forces intends to publish a CfT that will provide for the procurement of a commercial off the shelf (COTS) digital range management system. This is intended to be a network enabled system that will allow for planning, visualization, briefing, risk assessment, analysis supporting live fire collective training in the Irish Defence Forces across our internal network. It is intended that this software be JSP403 and PAM21 standard compliant.
