Confirm if you require a contracted out service or supply of resource Contracted out service: the off-payroll rules do not apply Summary of work This procurement is required to ensure the successful delivery of the Department’s IT Technology strategy and required Business-as-Usual (BAU) outcomes The identified programmes of work are detailed in Tab 1 -Work Packages. As such, it is anticipated that this expertise, advice and capability be utilised under this procurement against the Outcomes set out in Tab 1. For stage 2 of the procurement the remaining suppliers will be required to break down their prices on a phased usage basis: - Information management expertise Project and Programme management controls Business Analysis Technical and architecture Design Testing UAT/System Digital Communication specialisms Service Design/Delivery/Transition Licensing Application Packaging Networks specialisms These would be delivered to achieve the Outcomes. They would be able to advise Civil Servants on best practice, as well as contributing to the creation of documented procedures.
