Tender description

The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process for a multi-supplier panel for the provision of legal services, split into “lots” as follows: • Lot 1: All Legal Services – the provision of the full variety of legal services required by the Contracting Entity (excluding advice relating to debt collection and insurance claims) • Lot 2: Volume Property Work – the provision of specific, high volume property work (including resulting litigation) • Lot 3: Litigation – full and comprehensive case management support and advice in respect of (a) litigation (including in respect of criminal matters and judicial reviews) across all court forums/jurisdictions, and (b) all other forms of dispute resolution and investigation including regulatory investigations, conciliation, mediation, adjudication and arbitration • Lot 4: Legal Support Solutions – administrative and volume legal services Full details are contained in the attached procurement documents.
