Single Party Framework Agreement for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of an Integrated AV Solution to the Medical Council

Tender description

The Contracting Authority’s headquarters is based at Kingram House, Kingram Place, Dublin 2. The building has been fully refurbished. As part of the refurbishment, all previous AV equipment and technology has been decommissioned with the exception of a number of items, listed in the tender. The framework agreement relates to: • The supply, installation, support and maintenance of Audio-Visual Equipment on behalf of the Medical Council at Kingram House, Kingram Place, Dublin 2. • The provision of an integrated AV solution which will meet the requirements of the organisation for the next 5 years and provide a flexible, easy-to-use and adaptive installation that can be easily upgraded to meet future technology requirements. • Other services within the scope of the framework agreement that may arise.
