Re-Pointing and Roofing Remedial Works to 12 Properties - Lerwick, Shetland

Tender description

Shetland Islands Council propose to carryout re-pointing and roofing remedial works to 12 properties in Lerwick, Shetland. The works will be split into 3 contracts as follows. Contract 1 – Anderson Homes, Lerwick; Contract 2 – No’s 2, 44 Breiwick Road, Lerwick and No’s 10, 14, 16 Thorfinn Street, Lerwick; Contract 3 – No’s 72, 78, 82 Breiwick Road, Lerwick and No’s 3, 9, 14 King Harald Street, Lerwick. It is proposed that works for the contracts will commence on site from May onwards and each contract will be between 6 to 8 weeks long. Businesses must express an interest in the contracts they wish to be considered for. Lot 1: Contract 1 - Anderson Homes, Lerwick Carry out re-pointing and roofing remedial works. Lot 2: Contract 2 - Breiwick Road, Lerwick and Thorfinn Street, Lerwick Carry out re-pointing and roofing remedial works. Lot 3: Contract 3 - Breiwick Road, Lerwick and King Harald Street, Lerwick Carry out re-pointing and roofing remedial works.
