Tender description

The purpose of this ITQ is to appoint a single supplier to deliver support on a collaborative event on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for investors with the aim of starting a continuing conversation and providing guidance on, and inspiration for practical action that can be taken to implement best practice in the early-stage investment market, as set out below, to Scottish Enterprise. The purpose of the project is to provide support to Scottish Enterprise’s Growth Investment to run an event on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for investors with the aim of starting a continuing conversation and providing guidance on, and inspiration for practical action that can be taken to implement best practice in the early-stage investment market. The service provider will be able to help the Growth Investments team to structure the event to ensure the highest possible level of engagement and also provide insight into best practice in the sector that inspire attendees to take action to change the current state of the market in regard to Diversity Equity and Inclusion. A specialist skill set is therefore required encompassing both a full understanding of the investment sector in Scotland, the UK and globally coupled with event planning and management. Introductions to investors who can provide examples of what good practice looks like to attendees will also be essential.
