(Please note Suppliers who are already contracted to the North East CA (previously North of Tyne CA) CYP flexible procurement framework, do not need to reapply, unless they wish to apply for an alternative lot) The key objective of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to enter into Flexible Procurement Agreements with Providers for appointment to a Children & Young People’s Framework as potential suppliers of: i. Child Poverty Prevention provision ii. Education Improvement provision The funding for children and young people’s programmes intends to build an inclusive economy, where all children and young people have equal opportunities to realise their potential and be part of the region’s future success. We are reopening our Children and Young People’s Flexible Procurement Framework and inviting a wide range of organisations and providers including public and private sector, independent training organisations, Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations and other stakeholders, to tender for a place on the Framework. The Flexible Procurement Framework will initially be utilised to procure providers for North East CA investment fund allocation for education improvement and child poverty prevention programmes for academic year 2024-25..
