HOUSING STUDIES CONSULTANTS FOR THE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Tender description

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is developing its evidence base to inform the preparation of the Antrim and Newtownabbey Local Development Plan (LDP) 2030. Tenders are invited from consultants to undertake a range of projects in relation to housing matters. The outcome of this work will be published as an evidence paper(s) in support of the draft Local Policies Plan (dLPP) and will also inform the basis of supplementary planning guidance to support the application of policy within the Plan Strategy. The tender will involve 3 projects: Project 1. An assessment of the deliverability of housing commitments; Project 2. An assessment of Uncommitted Lands with the potential to deliver housing, and housing windfall estimation; and Project 3. An assessment of the approach to Affordable Housing policy;
