Tender description

Eden Housing Association are seeking to appoint a single provider to carry out EICRs and associated remedial works to its domestic properties, communal areas and offices for a period of 5 years. Lot 1: The Association’s stock of properties approx 1800 units, half of which are located in Penrith. The stock consists of houses, flats and bungalows (including sheltered housing) and, outside of Penrith, much of this is scattered through a number of market towns and small rural villages in the greater Eden Valley. A small number of properties are located in rural areas adjoining the Eden district. The stock maintained consists of occupied or vacant dwellings, associated communal areas and facilities.
