Swansea Council, as part of its More Homes Strategy, is seeking a development partner to develop two Housing Department owned sites (Milford A and Milford B) for residential use in the Penderry ward in Swansea, as part of the Penderry Regeneration Framework. The Council will retain freehold ownership of a minimum of 40% of the homes on these sites as affordable housing.
