Improving and enhancing our cloud provisions in the areas of security, automation and cloud savings, identifying improvements and developing new foundation solutions. Includes - review and assess our current cloud management set up and recommend an efficiencies and automation roadmap. - review security and identify improved use of cloud security features. - support on implementing the recommendations as agreed. Areas of improvement Cloud engineering improvements and foundation technologies to support financial efficiency, automation, security. It will cover 1. Identity and Access management - citizen access, B2B and third party access and management, cross-gov access and data sharing. 2. Cloud Automation: cloud management improvements 3. Critical infrastructure on security (automation supporting technology policies) 4. Fin ops - management of the size of the Cloud estate and reducing costs based on redundant needs and moving serverless 5. Infrastructure as code: Automation of landing zones and dev and data environments
