Changing Places Toilet Facilities - Embrace Platt Bridge

Tender description

This invitation is to tender the works associated with the construction of a modular Changing Places facility at the following property: Embrace, Ribble Road, Platt Bridge, Wigan, WN2 5EG. This specification should be read in conjunction with the associated tender drawings and the relevant reference documents referred to herein. The scheme of works includes: • Removal of vegetation and reduced level dig, • Construction of a retaining wall, • Slab foundation, • Procurement of a Changing Place modular unit, • Extension of services from main building (electric and water) • Connection to surface and foul drainage, • Making good external areas. • Testing of fixed wired systems involved within the scheme and testing certification provided within O&M manuals.
