Cambridge City Council - Employee Engagement Surveys

Cambridge City Council is looking to commission an experienced external supplier with a significant track record of successfully delivering employee engagement surveys across multi-disciplined workforces within the public sector. The Council welcomes innovative ideas and delivery options which provide clear insight, analysis and reporting of survey findings using recognised and supported methodologies from interested suppliers. Commencing in June 2024, the supplier will work with the Council’s Human Resources Team and key internal stakeholders to undertake all aspects of a full employee engagement survey This will include initial research, devising the questionnaire, delivering the survey, analysing, reporting and making recommendations. The contract includes provision to extend the contractual period by an additional 2x24month periods for the delivery, analysis and reporting for a further two full employee engagement surveys.
