This procurement is to support the following planned works - Summer works 2024, planned works duration from mid-May to Mid-October. 1. Repurposing of Black box theatre in Block B to a Gym area (structural, civil, mechanical and electrical) as per details attached. 2. Upgrade to lighting including emergency Dali lights in block B ( lights supplied) as per details attached.
