Tender description

This tender is intended to secure the services of a suitable contractor to carry out Building Maintenance works including emergency call-outs at the Atlantic Technological University Sligo and the St Angelas campus approximately 7 km from the main Sligo campus. The ATU Sligo campus comprises approximately 52,000m2 and ATU St Angelas has a further 8,000m2 of floor area giving a total area of approximately 60,000 m2.
