The Technical Advisor to the Employer to lead a multi-disciplinary team that will provide the following ancillary services as appropriate: Chartered Engineer (Civil & Structural); CIBSE M&E Engineer; Architect and if deemed necessary by the lead consultant, Quantity Surveyor, Planning consultant, Building surveyor, Geo-technical surveyor or others for Multiple Stage advice and technical support (to include Employer’s Representative) to the Employer.
