Tender description

Refurbishment and alterations to two vacant stone tenement buildings. In addition, and subject to a favourable feasibility study, the Employer may negotiate with the preferred contractor for the conversion of 6 vacant shop units into flatted dwelllings. Contractors will initially be requested to complete and submit an SPD from which a shortlist of contractors will be requested to proceed to tender stage. The Tender stage submission will be assessed on the basis of Quality (in the form of a Quality Questionnaire) and tender price.
