Middlesbrough Council are currently examining the market to establish its capacity to deliver visual rehabilitation services. The service will cover the following areas: • Mobility training • Communication skills for visually impaired people • Daily living skills for visually impaired people. This market testing exercise is not an invitation to tender or a request for formal expressions of interest.
