Redevelopment of Dunston Hill Site

Tender description

Gateshead Council is proposing to procure a developer in relation to the redevelopment of the former Dunston Hill (Central Nursery) site. Following the one-to-one sessions held in April and May 2024 the Council will be conducting site visits to introduce the site to interested parties. The site visits shall take place on the 21st and 31st of October for a duration of 1 hour. Suppliers should register their interest by emailing fionajamieson@gateshead.gov.uk by the 14th of October. Following this date a time slot shall be allocated to attendees through an email confirmation. A maximum of 3 representatives from each company are welcome, please provide names and job titles once the time slot has been allocated. Keywords: Housing Development
