AWARD OF PURCH2273 PROVISION OF SURFACE PROFILER A stylus profiler is an essential metrology tool for the JWNC community in confirming the performance of our lithography, etch, and deposition tools. It is used many times in the production of a device and having a modern tool readily available to our members improves the quality of feedback we receive on process performance.
