Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Independent Social Work and Expert Witness Services - 2024

Tender description

Bedford Borough Council is inviting potential Suppliers to tender for the provision of Independent Psychological and Psychiatric Assessments, Independent Social Work Assessments and Parenting Assessments including PAMS and ParentAssess. Each type of provision will be commissioned under a separate Lot, and Suppliers may submit a bid for as many Lots as they wish. Further details of each Lot can be found in the appendices. This contract will operate for 1 year from the contract commencement date, with three (3) possible twelve (12) month extensions. The onboarding process of this Pseudo DPS is simple, and requires the supplier to simply complete the compliance questionnaires below, with no qualitative scoring or financial submission required at the onboarding stage. Following the supplier's bid after the initial 30 day period following first publication of this opportunity, a DPS agreement confirming membership of the DPS will be offered, however this DPS will remain open for bids throughout its lifespan.
